L-Acetyl Carnitine, Lipoic Acid and Ribes Nigrmu exert a powerful synergistic action.

L-Acetyl Carnitine plays an important therapeutic role in Peripheral Neuropathies: improves the reparative processes and cellular trophism (NGF activation), greater production of membrane phospholipids, improves the stability and conductivity of the neuronal membrane , improves motor-sensory function of peripheral nerves; useful in the acute phase of neuropathy characterized by acute pain.

Lipoic acid improves the trophism of the nerve cell and its self-repair capacity. It is an endogenous antioxidant; thanks to this property it performs an extremely effective cytoprotective action against free radicals, useful for combating oxidative stress, the main cause of aging and multiple pathological conditions.

Lipoic acid is of considerable help in all disorders connected to oxidative phenomena of an environmental, iatrogenic, food nature and consequent to degenerative pathologies such as diabetes, arteriopathies, retinopathies, central and peripheral neuropathies, cerebral aging.

Ribes Nigrum M.G. (glyceric macerate of fresh Black Currant buds), is defined Cortison Like for its properties similar to cortisone (corticoids), but with excellent tolerability; the bud extract acts by directly stimulating the adrenal cortex, thus increasing the concentration of blood cortisol, therefore it has a marked anti-inflammatory action; it also reduces the presence of macrophages (cells with a powerful inflammatory effect) and thanks to the action of the avonoids, it inhibits the release of lysosomes and prophloogenic substances.
